Storyline:
The sequel to *Iblis Dalam Kandungan* continues the story of Amelia's family. Following the departure of her husband, Ferdi, Amelia (Widi Mulia) returns to their old home with their two adopted children, Alani (Denira Wiraguna) and Vito (Muhammad Adhiyat). Their lives begin to regain a sense of normalcy and hope, especially as Amelia’s pregnancy nears its due date.

Before the delivery, Dr. Imam (Rendy Herpy) advises Amelia to be hospitalized to reduce potential risks during childbirth. Despite having to switch hospitals, Amelia follows the doctor’s advice, holding on to hope for the safety of herself and her unborn baby.

However, that hope turns into a nightmare when it is revealed that Dr. Imam and the hospital are part of a sinister conspiracy. Amid escalating terror, the family is thrust into a life-and-death struggle to protect Amelia and her unborn child.
