Storyline:
David, a young middle-class Jew, returns from Europe to Buenos Aires due to the death of his uncle. Upon his return, David learns that his mother has decided to turn off his father's respirator, the only thing that had kept him alive for years. David goes back to his childhood home, where he oscillates between a close coexistence with his mother and the desire to ease his existential torment.

As his days in Buenos Aires pass, he tries in every way to avoid seeing his hospitalized father again, even though fate seems determined to make that encounter inevitable....
